Iyadi Planning Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a South African town planning and architectural firm founded in 2021 by Mr Mongezi Shabangu. We work alongside every level of government, real estate developers, businesses and community organisations to create inclusive places that lift quality of life.

Mongezi Shabangu
A registered professional town planner, Mongezi began his career at Alfred Duma Local Municipality before founding Iyadi in 2021. He pairs deep knowledge of planning law with hands-on grounding in architecture, project management and construction, which is why complex, multi-discipline approvals do not faze him.
